SabaCash is an electronic money service, an alternative to paper money, provided by SabaFon Company in partnership with CAC Islamic Bank, which enables you to conduct your financial transactions via the mobile phone easily, quickly, and securely, such as transferring funds, paying the value of your purchases, paying utility bills such as landline and internet bills and recharging mobile phone balance. And others and the service can be used through an Internet connection through a dedicated application or without an Internet connection, and the service can be used via the USSD communication protocol for SabaFon numbers only.
Saba Cash subscriber does not need to use cash or credit cards to complete payments/purchases or transfers. As your phone number is your online account number through which you can pay for purchases and transfers
The Sabacash application provides you with a mobile phone recharge service for all mobile phone operators in Yemen, whether for the payment of the billing system or the prepaid system:

- Move “Wasel” service from “Local Networks Remittance” icon to “Banks and Wallets” icon
- Create a QR after sending money via “Wasel” service, so a customer can use the same QR to receive it.
- Allowing to withdraw a partial amount from the commission balance for SabaCash agents.
- Allowing Merchants to withdraw a partial amount from the cashier’s balance.
